What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
Your paid plan continues until the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds, but you keep access through the period you paid for. After that, your account reverts to the free tier storage. If your usage exceeds the free tier limit, you'll need to free up space before cancellation completes.
Is my data secure?
Security is core to DocsKing. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, sessions use HttpOnly Secure cookies, all API calls are rate-limited, and security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options) are enforced. You can enable MFA with TOTP authenticator apps. The full audit trail logs every document action. With bring-your-own-storage support, your files can stay entirely in your own infrastructure.
